Universalis

Licensing FAQ

Apps, downloads, services

The basic price of Universalis is £19.99. (This is about $32 or €25). For this price, you get a registration code which gives access to everything you see on this page. You can read more about registration codes here.

Some individual Universalis apps cost £9.99 (about $16 or €12.50) when bought directly from Apple, Amazon or Google. They are cheaper because you're getting just that one app on one device (or family of devices) rather than getting "Universalis everywhere".

There's no risk in buying a single Universalis app. If you later decide that what you really want is a registration code – for instance, so as to have Universalis both on your phone and on your computer – you'll be able to get the registration code at a discount so that you don't lose money overall. The Licensing FAQ at the top right of this page might be worth reading in that case.

E-books

You can get Universalis e-books covering a day, a week, a month, or a year at a time. You can get the e-books in advance if you want: you don't have to wait until 2014 to get an e-book for 2014.

The e-books are free if you have a registration code. There is no charge per e-book and no subscription. If you haven't got a registration code yet, there is a free trial period.

The e-books are available both ePub and Kindle formats.

Automatic daily emails

This service is available free if you have a registration code. It is also free if you have one of the Universalis apps or programs.

Our servers will send you your chosen Universalis pages each day, at a time you specify. You can ask to be sent a separate email for each page (so that you can open each Hour at the appropriate time) or you can have all the pages together in a single email.
