If you have trouble with the Universalis program or with the web site, we want to help.
Unfortunately, without seeing what you are doing or what happens when you do it, we are blundering around in the dark like a doctor who isn't allowed to see or touch his patient.
A screenshot - a picture of the screen - often helps to make things clearer. Here are instructions for taking screenshots in Windows, Mac OS, iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch. and Android.
Which version am I using? Click on the arrow at the top left of the Universalis program window and select "About Universalis" from the menu that appears.
To take a picture of the whole screen, press the Print Screen key.
To take a picture of the current window, hold down Alt and press the Print Screen key.
In both cases, the picture of the screen will be copied to the Windows clipboard.
If you are using an email program to compose your email, you will probably find that you can simply paste the picture into the email using the menu command Edit > Paste or by pressing Ctrl+V.
Otherwise, you will have to save the picture to a file so that you can send us the file.
Which version am I using? At the top of the screen, just to the right of the Apple menu, you will see the Universalis menu. Open it and select "About Universalis".
To take a picture of the whole screen, press Command+Shift+3.
To take a picture of part of the screen, press Command+Shift+4. Then move the mouse to the top left corner of the area you want to capture, press the mouse button, and hold it down as you drag the mouse to the bottom right corner. When you get to the bottom right corner, release the mouse.
In both cases, a new file will appear on your desktop, with a filename starting "Screen Shot".
Send us an email and attach the "Screen Shot" file to it.
Which version am I using? Tap in the middle of the screen, and some buttons will appear in the toolbar at the top. Click on the button marked and the About Universalis page will appear.
Press the Home and Power buttons simultaneously. The screen will flash white for a moment to show that the picture has been taken.
The picture will be put into your Camera Roll.
